do make a purchase through your shop?
Making
a purchase is simple and can be done at any time of the day or any day of the
week. Simple browse through our shop and find the product your are after and
click on the "Add to basket" button to place the item in your shopping
basket. Once you have added all the products your require simply click on the
"Checkout" button displayed at the top of the screen. Follow the
on-screen instructions to make your final payment. If you have any problems or
would rather place your order over the phone simply ring the sales number shown
and we will be happy to help.
Is
ordering over your website safe?
Yes,
we have made every possible effect to insure our shop is safe. Any payment details
are taken on a secure server. We use Worldpay to process credit and debit card
payments. Worldpay are part of the Bank of Scotland.
Once
I have bought a product what support will I have?
Yes,
we offer the same levels of support as an ordinary shop. We are happy to help
you with any questions you have any using any of the products purchased from our
shop.

OATA
are the Ornamental Aquatic Trade Association. They represent the interests of
ornamental fish importers, breeders, wholesalers, retailers and manufacturers of
glass aquaria. They have a code of practice that all members must follow.

always try and offer the best price possible. However given the range products
we stock there may be occasions when some can be found cheaper elsewhere. If you
know of a product being sold cheaper than us but still wish to purchase it
